Privacy Policy

1. What we collect
When you create an account we store your username, email address, and a hashed (never plain-text) password. When you use the free web tools, we do not require or store any account information — the input you submit (a profile URL/username or text to convert) is processed to return a result and is not retained beyond what's needed to serve that request.
2. API usage data
For authenticated API requests, we log the endpoint called, the HTTP method, the response status, and a timestamp against your account, so your dashboard can show total, daily, and monthly usage. We do not log the content of your requests beyond what's needed for basic operation.
3. How we use data
Account data is used to authenticate you, issue and manage your API key, and show you your own usage. We do not sell personal data to third parties.
4. Cookies and local storage
The dashboard stores your session token in your browser's local or session storage to keep you signed in. The public site stores your light/dark theme preference locally. No third-party ad-tracking cookies are set by Asad Tools itself.
5. Data retention
Account and usage data is retained while your account is active. You can request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us.
